At Halcyon, water & sewage and trash are included with rent. Residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our newly renovated interiors, new picnic areas, and new playground, making Halcyon the perfect place to call home.

At Halcyon, the security deposit is one month's rent for an approved resident and two month's rent for a conditional deposit.

At Halcyon, the application fee is $75 per applicant and is non-refundable. There is also a $225 administration fee.

At Halcyon, residents are responsible for electric, internet, phone/cable, and renter's insurance.

At this time, Halcyon does not accept pets in our apartment homes.

Halcyon is located within the Hollywood School District. Nearby schools include: Boulevard Heights Elementary, Hollywood Park Elementary, Apollo Middle School and McArthur High School.

Residents of Halcyon Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.

At Halcyon, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
